There are many beautiful things that are made out of wood and these beautiful wood crafts are the results of the talented woodworker. Woodworking is a beautiful art, although it may not be delicate as some artwork is. Creating beautiful things out of logs of wood and wooden boards it truly a wonderful and beautiful form of art that takes talent.
Being able to take a meaningless piece of wood and turning it into a beautiful artwork is what fuels the passion of the woodworker. Woodworking can be a very fulfilling hobby and hours of recreation can be found if one has woodworking as a hobby. The following are some reasons that woodworking is such a wonderful hobby to have.
First of all you will find that woodworking is not only a hobby that brings about financial benefits, but there is more to this hobby than that. People who do woodworking as a hobby do it for more than the money. Woodworking is a pleasure and is a hobby that brings about great personal satisfaction. Creating something gives people a feeling of meaning that is more important than financial gain. While it may be hard to actually make a full-time income doing woodworking, having it as a hobby allows people to enjoy their woodworking without having to worry about bringing in profit for their work.
Secondly you will find that a hobby of woodworking does not always mean that you are the one doing the work. If you do not have the talent or time to do the actual woodworking work then you may enjoy collecting woodwork that has been made by others as well. You may find fulfillment building beautiful collections of woodwork and maybe you will enjoy restoring woodwork that has already been made by others.
Thirdly you will find that you can actually save some money if you have woodworking as a hobby. Even if you are not making money with your woodworking hobby, you may find that you can save some money instead. You may be able to start making things that you would have had to buy, which will save you money, as well as giving you the satisfaction of knowing that you created that with your own hands.
Woodworking as a hobby can be relaxing and fun, and there is definitely more to it than a way to earn money. If you enjoy just taking the time to work with wood and create new things then you will enjoy your hobby of woodworking.

Woodworking As A Hobby
30 Years And Still Strong
The Mazda 929, also sold as the Efini MS-9, is a full size luxury car. The model Mazda 929 was first introduced back in 1973.
The vehicle was crafted in Japan; it was as big as a coupe, sedan, or station wagon. This line had a 1.8 liter incline four Mazda 1800 engine; the engine was capable of a whopping eighty three horse power output. Since its introduction the Mazda 929 has had five different engines between the years 1973 to 1981.
The second generation Mazda emerged in 1981. It had been sold as a large front engine rear wheel drive sedan. It also used the new HB platform as a base which was also shared with the Mazda Cosmo. The new Mazda has seen three different engines in its life time. The third generation came about a few years later.
This new version had a pillared four door sedan along with a larger hard top that has four doors and no pillars. The engine was even upgraded to a double overhead Cam that had twenty four valves. That would in turn increase its fuel economy, performance and reliability.
The last generation of Mazda 929s still has the same luxury and is considered a premium sedan. It has been redesigned and has a more rounded flowing body. There are many add ons as well. For instance, they added five more horsepower to the engine. They have added dual air bags; a glass moon roof has replaced the metal unit. The premium package includes a wood console trim and rear armrest storage compartment. Leather upholstery has been added, even a remote keyless system and wood interior trim. This vehicle has been ranked the highest among its class.
The Mazda 929 has changed quite a bit in these thirty years, but Mazda still gives us the safety and luxury that all customers want.

Sound Bodies through Sound Therapy - Book Review
Dorinne Davis has written many books that concentrate on the subjects of hearing and sound. In the well-researched textbook, Sound Bodies through Sound Therapy, she looks at the concept of sound being a nutrient for our bodies.
There are 11 detailed and well-planned chapters, each of which opens with a quote and closes with a useful chapter synopsis. This book is not so technical that an individual or patient would find it daunting, yet it is quite thorough and incorporates both the independent and scientific findings that a therapist would need to know.
The historical use of music in healing was quite interesting. Because of our drum business, it was particularly interesting to read that regular steady rhythms can restore a normal, healthy pulse, sedating the left brain and allowing the right brain to be more creative. I was also amazed that the US Army used music therapy to accelerate healing in their wounded and ailing during WWII.
Dorinne explains that each living molecule has a vibration that causes frequency and this is the driving theory behind using sound as a healing therapy. The author describes the physics of how sound affects various mediums and why sound could be used to eradicate cancer and tumors. According to Dorinne, sound therapy could also be applied to many medical situations - stroke, autism, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, learning and listening difficulties and even physical injuries.
It was very surprising to learn that 'everyday' environmental toxins can have such a dramatic effect on brain functions and hearing. The ear affects so much more than we may realize, including balance and emotions.

Natural Therapy for Maintaining Healthy Blood Pressure Part 2
One of the more common treatments for high blood pressure are ACE inhibitors. When your kidneys detect low blood pressure, they release an enzyme called renin, which stimulates the formation of a protein called angiotensin I. Angiotensin I is then converted by the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) in the lungs to a very potent chemical called angiotensin II. Angiotensin II is a powerful blood vessel constrictor that causes muscles surrounding the blood vessels to contract, resulting in narrowing of the blood vessels. This narrowing of the vessels increases pressure in the vessels and can result in high blood pressure .
The ACE Inhibitors block the action of the angiotensin-converting enzyme in the lungs so that angiotensin I is not converted into angiotensin II. This allows blood vessels to remain widened, which results in lowering of the blood pressure. ARBs block the action of angiotensin II itself, so that vessels dilate, making it easier for the heart to pump blood, and results in lower blood pressure .
The natural bioactive casein hydrolysate tripeptides in Melaleuca's ProStolic™ act as a natural blocker to the formation of angiotensin II. Also included in this proprietary blend is pomegranate juice powder, which inhibits activity of the angiotensin-converting enzyme as well. A third ingredient is passionflower extract. Although researchers don't know exactly how passionflower works, they believe that flavonoid and alkaloid compounds in the plant regulate the neurotransmitters in your nervous system that reduce anxiety. One of these flavonoids in particular, chrysin, helps to calm your central nervous system and lower your blood pressure.
Combined with the proprietary blend of tripeptides, pomegranate juice powder and passion flower extract, ProStolic™ also contains potassium and calcium to provide a well-rounded natural remedy to help promote healthy blood flow and naturally maintain healthy blood pressure, but without the side effects so common with medications.
Tripeptides are formed when milk casein is broken down into smaller pieces. Several different peptides have been studied, but a significant amount of research has determined that the tripeptides Isoleucine-Proline-Proline (IPP) and Valine-Proline-Proline (VPP) have the most supportive evidence for their efficacy, safety and bioavailability The natural bioactive hydrolyzed casein (a combination of tripeptides IPP and VPP) is an active ingredient included in the proprietary blend in Melaleuca's ProStolic™. These tripeptides are derived from nonfat milk casein, and have been clinically proven to help maintain healthy blood pressure. Most studies show that blood pressure is lower after 2 weeks of daily consumption of IPP and VPP, and reach a stable level after 4-6 weeks. <
Like the mechanism of action of the commonly prescribed ACE Inhibitors, the natural action of tripeptides block the formation of Angiotensin II, which normally causes the blood vessels to narrow. But that's where the similarity ends. Studies show that IPP and VPP tripeptides accomplish the blockage of Angiotensin II without the side effects so common in ACE and ARB medications. In 2001, an 8-week placebo-controlled, double-blind study was conducted on 30 people with mild or moderate hypertension. Results of the study showed a significant decrease in blood pressure of IPP and VPP test subjects, but no change was seen in the placebo group. In addition, no adverse reactions such as dry cough, digestive tract symptoms or abnormal changes were observed.
Over 20 human clinical trials have been conducted with the IPP and VPP peptides over the past 10 years and more than 10 double-blind clinical studies have been conducted on the particular formulation of tripeptides used in Melaleuca's proprietary blend. A 1996 placebo-controlled study on the blood pressure of 30 elderly hypertensive patients, most of whom were taking antihypertensive medication, showed a significant decrease in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure after 4 and 8 weeks, but no significant changes were observed in the placebo group.
A British Journal of Nutrition article reported a single blinded, placebo controlled study of 131 people with high-normal blood pressure or mild hypertension to determine the efficacy of hydrolyzed casein containing IPP and VPP in reducing blood pressure. The authors concluded that these peptides could assist in the prevention of hypertension in people with blood pressure that is above normal.
Melaleuca's Prostolic also contains other natural hypertension treatments including pomegranate juice, passion flower, potassium and calcium. All the benefits of these natural ingredients will be discussed in Natural Therapy for Maintaining Healthy Blood Pressure Part 3.

Article Writing: Can It Help My Virtual Assistant Business?
Question: I'm a Virtual Assistant. Can I use articles to promote my business?
Signed, Eager VA
Dear Eager VA,
Virtual Assistants are springing up all around the internet. It's a very viable business option and more work at home moms are jumping on the bandwagon every day. The real go-getters will whip up a "business card" website right away with their contact information, 'about me' information, and their rates and services offered.
But, then that website sits and collects dust while they wait for the traffic to roll in. So, what's a Virtual Assistant to do to generate traffic to their website?
Oftentimes VAs overlook one of the best methods of marketing their websites – article writing. Virtual Assistants can write about all kinds of topics – how to organize emails, customer service, hiring or firing a VA, ways a VA can benefit a business, or accounting among other things. Then, they can share the articles, just like any other website owner to drive traffic to their websites and establish an expert status in their field.
If you're a VA who's new to article sharing, it's actually quite easy. You write a helpful article and include your author bio at the end. (See the end of this article as an example.) Then, you submit your article to Article Directories where hungry website owners, blog owners and ezine publishers eagerly grab your article to publish it on their sites.
Now, there is stiff competition so it's not quite that easy, but that's the gist of how article sharing works. And, you know it works because you're reading my article that I've written and shared with article directories. There's my URL in the author bio and you've found my article because someone has published it on their website, blog or in their newsletter. If it works for me, it can work for you, too.
Article sharing is underutilized in the Virtual Assistant field and I hope to see that change in the coming year. Go grab that free traffic and grow your VA business. Not only will your VA business grow, but you can share this method of marketing with your clients and blow them away with your knowledge of internet marketing. Best wishes.

Rich Dad Poor Dad
A lot of people have read Robert Kiyosaki's books (and he has a lot of them), but this is the one that started them all.
I think what endears people to Rich Dad Poor Dad is the story. It seems to me that whenever a non-fiction book teaches with stories, it does very well. So, if you're going to write a non-fiction book, weave your info into a story.
Rich Dad Poor Dad is the story of Robert learning the habits of the rich from his best friend's dad. Robert's own dad was a highly paid, highly educated government official, but who ended up poor (this is his "poor dad"). His best friend's dad was not highly educated, but he started lots of businesses, bought lots of real estate, and invested in stocks. He is "rich dad".
Some lessons or themes that keep coming up:
*School prepares you for a job while financial education prepares you for better financial habits that lead to a more prosperous life
*The rich invest in ways that the poor and middle class do not
*The rich invest in assets that produce class flow, and then reinvest that cash flow into other assets
*The poor invest in liabilities, or things that take money out of their pockets
*The middle class tend to go to school, get a job, buy everything on credit, get raises, then buy bigger houses and nicer cars, under-save and under-invest, and then retire on less than what they should have.
*There are 3 kinds of income:
-Earned income (what you make when you're there)
-Passive income (money that comes to you when you're not there...that can come through businesses, real estate income, intellectual property, etc)
-Portfolio income (money that also comes when you're not there...but specifically from stocks, mutual funds, and other such paper investments)
As it turns out, Robert didn't go on to become a rich guy too soon into his adult years, like his best buddy did. Robert went into the Navy to learn how to sail ships, then to the Marines to fly helicopters in the Vietnam war. I might have the timeline wrong, but he he was a top-selling Xerox sales rep for several years. And then he went on to start a successful business importing/selling those Velcro nylon surfer wallets from the eighties. Remember those? After a few years, that business went bust.
Eventually he made the jump into buying assets...income producing real estate...and within 8 to 10 years, he and is wife retired. Then six months later he came out of retirement to start his financial education business...which includes his books, board games, tapes, seminars, etc. In reality, it sounds like he's started a whole ton of other businesses too, but that's what I've pieced together from other books of his that I've read. Notice that most of his activities center around passive income?
It's a great and easy read and should shock you out of your usual way of looking at money. Another one of his books that I like a lot is one he didn't even write by himself...aptly named "Success Stories". It's a collection stories by many of Robert's students that have taken his advice and who started businesses or are collecting assets that produce cash flow.
There's so much more that can be said, but it's time for you to start the adventure of reading a new book. Try to think of "Rich Dad Poor Dad" as financial education; it will make the purchase that much easier to justify.

What Is This RSS, XML, RDF, Atom, and Feeds Business?
It's been a long day at work and you're in no mood to cook dinner or go out. Time to count on the reliable pizza delivery guy. The order is called in and he promptly arrives with smokin' hot pizza within 30 minutes as promised. If it were only that easy with a picky family where no one can agree on the same restaurant for dinner. One wants Mexican, another wants Chinese, and another wants a burger and Mexican. Instead of running to three different places, you call a delivery service that goes to all of them and brings it to you. What could be easier in getting a meal without cooking it or picking it up?
RSS, XML, RDF, and Atom are the food delivery guy of the Internet. The content they deliver is mixed and cooked elsewhere on the Internet just like the meal isn't made on your door step and the acronym fellows bring the content to you through software or an online application. Instead of trying to remember all the places where you like to go to get the latest news, it all comes to you once you order your food.
What to Do with the Funky Code
Click on any of those orange or blue RSS, XML, or RDF buttons and you see unreadable text. Some of it is readable, but reading between the is slow and difficult. In this case, you've got the raw ingredients of the content known as a feed. To make it easily readable, download a feed reader that can interpret (aggregate) the ingredients or sign up for an online service that can do the same.
When the software or application is ready to go, click on the orange or blue button (or "Syndicate This Page," or whatever is along these lines) and copy the resulting URL from the address box. Paste it into the application to cook the ingredients where it's delivered to you ready for your enjoyment.
Syndication Isn't Just for Blogs
Syndication is a not a new concept on the Internet, but it's growing in popularity as more Web sites and newsletters are churning content to turn it into syndicated files, which are fed into an aggregator. Think of it as the content that's ready to travel anywhere it needs to go. Grab the feed and feed it to the aggregator, another way of bookmarking (or creating a favorite) a site because you wish to come back again another time.
Instead of schlepping from site to site in search of information, you can have it all in front of you through the aggregator. The feeds are sorted in folders by topic for easy finding. If I'm writing about the latest virus or worm, then I open the security folder with the security-related feeds and scan them.
Scanning content through aggregators is easier than with a Web site because it's all in one place with a list of easy to scan headlines and usually a short summary. On a Web site, you're only getting the benefit of that site's news - nothing else. The folder has news from over ten resources including blogs, news sites, and newsletters.
Any content can be syndicated. It's a matter of having the back-end process in place, which is dependent on the application used for managing the content. If a site doesn't have such resources, then there are applications that can easily create a feed for posting on the site. No techie knowledge needed.
Most aggregators have exporting capabilities so the feed can be shared with others interested in the same topic. If you're interested in my security feeds, I can export them into, in most cases, an OPML file and you can import it into your feed reader.
Mix up the Content
If the feed is automatically created, what have you got to lose? You're providing another way for your readers to get your content just like you can get pizza in different ways: go to the restaurant, have it delivered, or make it at home. More applications are adding syndication capabilities, which make the process effortless. Some have said they won't read something unless it has a feed.
It's an opportunity to get more readers because there are many directories where publishers can submit their feeds and get noticed. So when someone does a search on your topic, your news might come up and you'll have gained a new reader.
There was a time when we didn't have the option to have pizza delivered to our doorstep. When we're too tired, we know we can rely on the delivery guy. In term of content, expect to see it show up at your doorstep more often than the pizza guy plus it's cheaper with the cost only coming from the software though there are many free options available. Syndication is a must have for a company's communication toolbox. Witness it by watching for RSS, XML, RDF, and Atom out there.

Customer Service is Now Customer Care
As I waited for an answer to my VCR inquiry from a stereo company, the recording stated a "customer care" representative would be available shortly. At that moment, I realized it's finally catching on everywhere. With aging baby boomers, world events and additional pressures in today's society; it is "customer care" that has evolved in our economy. We have moved from a manufacturing economy to a service economy and are currently leaning towards a "servicecare" economy. As we live in a high tech-high button touch environment, many personal contacts have been decreased making each customer interaction more important than ever to corporate imagery. For example, if you call for computer tech support, the representative often makes it a point to address you by first name. If it's the bank credit card company, they may ask "How are you doing today?" This makes the customer feel less like a number and more like a human being.
The successful restauranteurs always took service one step further towards "care" because they understood restaurant customer service literally involves the immediate health of the patron-- more so than any other industry (except for healthcare industry itself). A recent survey asked diners why they went out to eat and the main response was "to feel good." (After all, the word "restaurant" has French origins meaning "to restore"). As a waiter for many years, I felt my job was to restore humanity, especially to diners arriving from a stressed out day.
In my past dining room work experiences, I remember certain actions lifting service to this higher level of "care." One time a customer requested margarine that wasn't available in the restaurant. The owner walked across the street to the grocery purchased the margarine and brought it tableside. The patron was delighted. There was a regular customer (diabetic) who always got immediate attention with some kind of bread or crackers to keep from feeling feint before her food arrived. If there was a baby present at a table, our staff ensured their food would come out as soon as possible to pacify. These kinds of actions create a lasting positive image for any company or establishment. The owner cared about his guests and it permeated thru the dining room and staff -- even after he left to open other restaurants for the company.
Customer Service involves major 3 points:
1) Care and Concern for the Customer
2) Spontaneity and Flexibility of frontline workers which enhances the ability for on-the-spot problem-solving.
3) Recovery- making things right with the customer when the process has gone astray.
These 3 points should always be highlighted in any customer service training program. If they are kept in mind, then quality service will occur.

Classic Gay Porn
Most classic gay porn was filmed in the 80s and featured man on man action without unsightly condoms getting in the way of the hot sex. One of the best examples of classic gay porn is Desert Paradise, which was filmed in 1986. Directed by Larry Bronco, it features Scott Aaron, Nathan Bryce and Jackson Jack Steele. In the 86 minute long movie, Aaron takes turns on the bottom...something that even the most voracious porn viewers would be hard pressed to find in another film.
Still, there are lots of long shots in which Bronco seems too far away to really capture much of the hard core penetration that was surely taking place. Mostly filmed at the side of a pool, the majority of the complaints that people would have about the far-away shots fall by the wayside once the trio move indoors. There, viewers are treated to Aaron's massive cock and more closeups than one can shake a dick at.
Another sining example of classic gay porn is Lusty Lovers, starring Pierce Daniels, Brian Thompson and Michael Ram, among others. This bareback piece of cinematic history has a little bit of everything to offer, meaning that all individuals, couples and groups will find something to get off to before the 74 minute movie ends. There are plenty of hard bodied men slamming into eager twinks, but there is also an abundance of slow and sensual kissing and softer sex as well.
For those into twink flicks, Camp YMAC has some of the hottest scenes ever filmed; vintage, classic or new. This movie gave birth to one of the most searched for still frame online today, featuring a hot three-way blow job that pictures Lee Hunter in all of his glory, leaning back and enjoying what is being done to him. Showcasing five of the hottest young guys in the industry, Camp YMAC shows Lee Hunter bottoming to each of the other four. There's never a dull moment in this masterpiece and there are tons of cum shots.
There are an awful lot of fantastic classic gay porn movies out on the market today, each bringing something special to the table. What they all have in common, however what makes these older movies unique is that they predated the era of constant condom-clad cocks. It really brings viewers back to an era where life threatening diseases weren't prevailing concerns, which is something that just about everyone can appreciate.

Is Your Credit Score Costing You A Fortune?
While some surveys show that 9 out of 10 consumers are unaware what their credit score is, I'd like to quickly share with you how your credit score could be costing you a fortune (in more ways than you can imagine). We all know a low credit score will make everything in the world of finance more expensive because of higher interests rates from lenders due to being considered a greater credit risk ( i.e. higher interest rates on cars, homes and credit cards). While this may be considered common knowledge by some, it's truly devastating effects are understood by few. For example, If you purchase a $200,000 home on a 30 year fixed mortgage at 8% interest instead of 6% (because of your credit score); that 2% is going to end up costing you a total of $96, 934.11 over the term of the loan. Now, think about how many extra years you'll have to work to pay off $96,934.11 because of an extra 2% in interest?
The part few people talk about is all the other areas in life where a low score will increase your cost of living on an annual basis. For example. In addition to paying more for a car, home and credit cards, a low credit score will most likely have you paying more for the following as well:
1.) AUTO INSURANCE. As many as 92% of the 100 largest personal automobile insurers use credit information to underwrite new business, according to a 2001 study by Conning & Co., an insurance-research and asset-management firm.
2.) HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. It's thought many insurance companies see a correlation between low credit scores and increased property insurance claims. Therefore, a low score will result in higher rates.
3.) LIFE and HEALTH INSURANCE. Customers who are unable to pay their monthly insurance premium thereby pass along that increased cost to the insurance company whose stuck with the bill (resulting in a loss for the company). Since customers who pay without lapse are more profitable it is felt by many that a low credit score now even affects a monthly life and/or health insurance premium negatively. One of the more shocking areas where a low credit score will you cost you is in the area of employment. It's estimated as many as 42% of employers now do credit checks on applicants before hiring them (according to a 1998 survey by the Society for Human Resource Management). While many employers claim they only do it to verify information on your application (such as where you live and where you have worked etc.) we can both assume they are taking the liberty to have a peek at how you handle your financial affairs as well. According to the Public Research Interest Group (PIRG) as many as 79% all credit reports contain errors, 25% of which are serious enough to cause the denial of credit (according to a 2004 report). And that's all the more troubling in light of the increasing impact a bad credit report can have, says Ed Mierzwinski, director of PIRG's consumer program. "It's outrageous that the credit bureaus are claiming their scores are accurate enough to take people's lives and screw with them like this".
In the next segment we'll be talking about something very, very exciting. It's called...
"Insider Techniques to Raise Your Credit Score... FAST!"
See you in a couple days...

CCNA - MCSE - CCNP Certification: Making Failure Work For You
Whether you're on the road to the CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or you're on any other computer certification track, the odds are that sooner or later, you're going to fail an exam. It's happened to almost all of us, yours truly included. What you have to keep in mind in these times is that success is not a straight line. You've probably seen charts showing the growth of an industry or a business -- you know, the ones that go from left to right, and look kind of jagged. The line goes up for a while, then down a bit, then up some more, then down a little.
The key? While every business has its setbacks, the net result is that the line goes up and progress is made. That's how you want your certification pursuit and your career to go as well - upward!
I'm not asking you to be happy about failing an exam. You're allowed to get mad for a few minutes, vow to never take another exam again, and be disappointed. What you're not allowed to do is stay that way.
If you put your books away in a fit of anger, get them out. If you took some time off, it's time to get back to work. Again, there's nothing wrong with being unhappy about failing an exam. It's how you handle that failure that counts. No inventor, executive, or entrepreneur has ever been right 100% of the time. Learn something from your failure. Was your study time quality study time? Did you get some hands-on practice with the technology you're studying? Asking yourself these questions can be tough, but it can be highly valuable in making sure you don't fail the next time. And there must be a next time - because the one thing you cannot do is quit.
Besides, take it from someone who's been there - your temporary failure makes your eventual success that much sweeter.

What's A Blog And Why Should I Have One? - Using Blogs To Generate Business
Most everyone on the internet has, at some point, run across blogs. Blogs are simply internet journals recording whatever happens to be on a writer's mind at a given moment. Typically written in an informal tone, blogs read as though the writer is having a friendly conversation with their readers. Though blogs have exploded in popularity, few online retailers understand that having a blog can be a very effective way to drive sales for their e-businesses.
Getting Started
The easiest way to start a blog is with a free commercial service, like http://Blogger.com or http://BlogSpot.com. All you have to do is just set up an account and start blogging. To create a blog that sits on your website, you can go to http://SixApart.com and choose from several software options.
It takes time to build a loyal base of readers, but you can start guiding traffic to your site by linking with relevant blogs. Go to http://Technorati.com and find blogs whose content ties in with yours. Link only to blogs with content that's useful and entertaining to your customers. Request they look at your blog and consider linking back to you.
For your product sales site, you don't have to blog about your product itself. Blog about things related to your product. If you sell camping gear, blog about the country's top camp sites, your hiking trip in the Appalachians, or the best time of year to visit Yellowstone. According to Anthony Perry, of http://BlogAds.com, "You can make your customers feel empowered if you inform them to make their own decisions, as opposed to just beating them over the head, saying, 'This is a great product! You should buy it!'"
